Registration of user account and customer information
To place an order on techstation.se you need to create a user account. You need to provide your personal data or company information in order to create a user account. Handling of customer information:
- Your personal data or company information is stored or in the database of the company. This information will be used when handling your order; during production and delivery.
- Your personal information is only handled by authorized personnel.
you need to be over 18 years old in order to be able to access TechStation's services through the web.
On our website you can order unique and personal products. Your product is manufactured according to your drawing, your drawing will be sent to TechStation when you place your order. You as customer are always responsible for ensuring that your drawing meets the expectations you have on the product. By placing your order you confirm that you drawing is properly executed.
Processing and production starts once you have placed your order. We reserve the right to terminate an order at any time if we consider the content of your order to be offensive, in violation of the applicable copyright rules or if the price of a product / item / service in your order was ordered under the wrongly deferred price. You will then be informed of this via the e-mail you have provided when you created your user account. On such an occasion, you will be refunded the order amount.
Variation occurs in the materials offered on the website. Therefore, TechStation has no responsibility to check material thickness or other parameters before laser cutting begins. TechStation relies on specification specified by material supplier and uses materials as delivered to TechStation. TechStation is not responsible for any inconsistencies in materials that may lead to incorrect laser cutting or engraving errors.
Prices provided on the website include VAT 25%. For companies, prices are shown excluding VAT. The price is stated for a set of your product. You have the opportunity to reduce unit price with our quantity discount. The price per unit is adjusted according to the number of parts you order.
You can choose from three options when you book your delivery on our website in connection with your order:
- Pickup at TechStation (free).
- Mail (no tracking, not suitable for delicate parts). Delivery time (Domestic): 1-2 days. Delivery time (EU): 3-10 days.
- DHL - ServicePoint (fastest). Delivery time (Domestic): 2 days. Delivery time (EU): 3-10 days.
Delivery time is an estimate indicated by shipping companies. TechStation is not responsible for any delay in delivery.
If you are in a hurry you can place an express order. By doing this your order will be placed first in the queue and will be handled immediately after the current active order. Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Several express orders are handled in the order they are received.
You may choose between:
- Card payments
- Company: invoice 30 days
Since your product is unique and custom made according to your drawing, there is no possibility of complaint or withdrawal of your product. If the goods have been damaged during transport, please contact the responsible shipping company.
All complaints must always be approved by TechStation personnel.
When you create a product that you subsequently make available through one of our services at techstation.se, you as a customer own the rights to both your product and your drawing. TechStation will not use your designs without your consent. It is your sole responsibility that the content of your drawing is not plagiarized or copyright-protected material. You as customer is fully responsible for your design and drawing and the information contained therein.
Your drawing is stored in our database linked to your user account. This will save your settings and manufacturing-related information to your product and you can easily order your product. If you want to remove your product / manufacturing base from our database, you can do so via your user account.
TechStation is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
